This is a hybrid position (3 days per week in-office + 2 days work at home). The incumbent candidate can be based out of any US Cigna Healthcare office. This position is a Hybrid role where the Cigna policy requires office alignment but is not restricted to locations that are identified in this posting.

Job Summary

The Product Development Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the Cigna Medical Clinical Solutions team in product adoption and forecasting, gap opportunity analysis, and identifying clinical and client trends. This individual will serve as a critical liaison with matrix partners and is expected to summarize and report findings. 

 Key Accountabilities:

  • Data Strategy: create process, own recommendations & conceptualize path to automation.
  • Data Stewardship: including data discovery and reconciliation, and the operationalization of data from various sources.  This includes being able to analyze and advise management of process and data integrity problems and offer recommendations on resolution.  Participate as a subject matter expert in solution development for reporting.
  • Advise product leaders on performance, opportunities, impacts, gaps, trends.
  • Executive and Operational Reporting:
    • Develop and implement best practices.
    • Implement strong QA practices.
    • Analyze results to support the early identification of trends and performance metrics.
  • Creatively addresses business problems and challenge the status quo.
  • Own data repository and feed enterprise stakeholders with self-service and consultative data support.
  • Maintain and teach analytics skillset through understanding new technologies, modeling techniques, and the ability to translate the relevance to our priorities.
  • Understand how our analytics affect the broader business and bridge the gap between business analytics and the groups that support their foundational needs (tools, data, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Expert Excel skills including but not limited to vlookups, pivot tables/charts, sophisticated formulas. Preferred experience with macros.
  • Experience or willingness to learn ePro, CIT, PES/PET, OAS Oracle (FIRM), Contour, SalesForce, Vista, Tableau, CAP/Convey, STAR
  • Detail oriented, with proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust work to meet service standards.
  • Superior organization skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and curiosity
  • Ability to scale multiple scope of work across different teams and departments.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including influencing and matrix management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation skills.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 64,300 - 107,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
