<p><b>Automation Engineering Lead Analyst</b><br /> </p><p><b><u>Position Overview</u></b></p><p></p><p>The role of the Automation Engineering Lead Analyst will play a pivotal role in system development across broader Provider &amp; Core Technology Solution &amp; Engineering organization, influencing Operations and Technology Product Management. This role will provide expertise in engineering, design, installation and start-up of automated systems. As a member of our team, you will work in a high performance, high frequency, enterprise technology environment. This role works closely with IT management and staff to identify automated solutions, new or modified systems, reuse of existing machinery/equipment, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives. The Automation Engineering Lead Analyst exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives and uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Designs, develops, and unit tests applications in accordance with established standards</li><li>Drive process improvements across broader Core Technology Engineering &amp; Solutions organization, influencing Operations and Technology Product Management. </li><li>Focus on techniques for defect prevention, as opposed to identifying defects.</li><li>Influence Operations and Technology Product Management with a user story maturity ‘completeness’ model.</li><li>Enhance personnel scale with heat matrices, to drive Quality and Development Engineering personnel with the highest priority interfaces.</li><li>Consulting with engineers and partners to ensure the use of best practices and industry standards.</li><li>Mentoring and training new &amp; existing team members</li><li>Accountable for the growth and efficiencies with quality automation suites and harnesses.</li><li>Complete the feedback process using empirical data to influence user story definitions, acceptance criteria and engineering designs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></p><p></p><p><b>Required Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Proven knowledge of Automation Using Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Cypress, Pytest, Robot framework (Python), playwright</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. GitHub).</li><li>Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts</li><li>Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts</li><li>Detail-oriented and goal-oriented</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Familiarity with version control concepts</li><li>Ideally, exposure to Pega &amp; Cloud technologies</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner </li><li>Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience &amp; Education:</b> </p><ul><li>College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline</li><li>5 - 8 years of work experience in software automation testing and quality engineering</li><li>2+ years of Agile Experience required</li></ul><p><b>Desired Experience: </b> </p><ul><li>Healthcare domain knowledge</li><li>Mobile Automation experience</li><li>Knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages</li><li>Exposure to AWS services (DynamoDB, S3 Buckets, Lambdas, etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Evernorth Health Services</b></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
