This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations in St. Louis, MO.Only local candidates will be considered.POSITION SUMMARYThe Analyst will own the operational invoicing and reconciliation activities for the IRA MTF program. The Analyst should develop an in-depth knowledge of the program and serve as the primary point of contact regarding Pharmacy reimbursement invoicing to CMS.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Support the end-to-end IRA MTF invoicing process: setup, invoicing, payment application, variance resolution</li><li>Perform a validation review to confirm setup changes were implemented accurately by other team members</li><li>Apply a subject matter expert knowledge base under minimal supervision to ensure appropriate assessment and action steps taken to ensure successful outcome of identified variances</li><li>Stay current on regulatory and industry changes related to IRA MTF, CMS guidelines, and pharmaceutical     manufacturer requirements</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to support current and future business initiative</li><li>Manage day-to-day prioritization, workload distribution, and issue escalation</li><li>Special projects and process improvements</li><li>Ongoing review of policies and procedures</li><li>Other duties as deemed essential by business to support current and future projects</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of relevant experience.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills; Strong Analytical Skills; Detail oriented.</li><li>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and collect reports.</li><li>Ability to handle analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated initiative with commitment and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong business, organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.</li><li>Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry preferred.</li><li>Ability to organize and plan multiple projects.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate self-initiative, work cross functionally to resolve issues as they occur.</li><li>Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>ABOUT THE DEPARTMENTIf your niche is in financial reporting and analysis, underwriting, cash management, audit or investor relations, our Finance department may be a perfect fit for you.
