You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges.</div><h3>Specifically you will: </h3><ul><li>Design and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with ChowNow’s revenue goals and mission to serve local restaurants.</li><li>Build, manage, and develop a high-performing partnerships team focused on acquisition, enablement, and ongoing partner success.</li><li>Establish and own KPIs for partner-influenced revenue, tracking performance across referral, channel, and integration partners.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships are integrated into broader GTM efforts.</li><li>Develop frameworks, playbooks, and incentive programs to ensure partners are equipped to drive high-quality referrals and co-selling opportunities.</li><li>Represent ChowNow in strategic partner conversations, negotiations, and executive-level engagements.</li><li>Identify new partnership categories (e.g., POS, hospitality tech, restaurant distributors) and lead market entry efforts with strategic allies.</li></ul><h3>You Should Apply If You: </h3><ul><li>Have 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel leadership roles in the Restaurant Tech ecosystem.</li><li>Have 3+ years of experience directly leading teams</li><li>A proven track record of building and scaling partner programs from the ground up</li><li>Have executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence across all levels</li><li>Have experience managing a revenue-impacting team with clear success metrics</li><li>Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, mission-driven environment</li><li>Have strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate win-win deals</li><li>Have a passion for helping local businesses succeed</li></ul><h3>About Our Benefits:</h3><ul><li>Expected On Target Earnings (OTE) depending on candidate location: $300,000- $400,000</li><li>Ongoing training and growth opportunities.</li><li>A Best Place to Work winner multiple times where we focus on creating a great employee experience.</li><li>Rock solid medical, dental, and vision plans.</li><li>Mental Health Coverage - we offer several programs to support your mental health and wellness goals.</li><li>Unlimited Paid Vacation.
