You don’t allow yourself to become complacent with where you’re at and what you’ve done, so you seek out new opportunities and challenges.</div><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li><b>Drive Product-Led Transformation:</b></li><li>Partner with the executive team to reimagine ChowNows go-to-market strategy through self-service</li><li>Lead the transition from sales-led to product-led growth, setting the vision and roadmap</li><li>Build ChowNows new self-service onboarding experience</li><li>Create viral growth loops that help restaurants organically discover and adopt our platform</li><li><b>Own the Restaurant Journey:</b></li><li>Take full ownership of the restaurant lifecycle from first touch to power user</li><li>Reduce time-to-first-order from days to minutes through intelligent onboarding</li><li>Build activation playbooks that adapt to different restaurant types and needs</li><li>Systematically improve conversion at every stage of the funnel</li><li><b>Build Platform Infrastructure:</b></li><li>Design authentication and payment systems that support self-service at scale</li><li>Create APIs and developer tools that enable third-party integrations</li><li>Ensure platform reliability and performance as we scale</li><li>Balance simplicity for restaurant owners with power for advanced users</li><li><b>Drive Measurable Impact:</b></li><li>Define and track north star metrics for product-led growth</li><li>Run experiments to optimize conversion, activation, and expansion</li><li>Build data infrastructure to understand user behavior and identify opportunities</li><li>Present insights and recommendations to executive team</li><li><b>Collaborate Cross-Functionally:</b></li><li>Partner with Sales and Marketing to align PLG with internal stakeholders</li><li>Work with Engineering to build scalable, reliable platform features</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success to understand restaurant needs</li><li>Influence company-wide shift toward product-led thinking</li></ul><h3>You Should Apply If You Have: </h3><ul><li>Product Leadership Experience: 8+ years of product management with 3+ years focused on product-led growth</li><li>A proven track record of building successful self-service products from 0 to 1</li><li>Experience leading PLG transformation at a B2B SaaS company. Strong technical background with platform/infrastructure products</li><li>A Strategic + Operational Mindset: You are equally comfortable setting multi-year platform strategy and debugging conversion funnels</li><li>An ability to balance long-term vision with short-term wins with experience influencing executive teams and driving organizational change</li><li>A track record of turning ambiguous problems into clear solutions</li><li>Analytical Rigor: You have deep expertise in growth metrics, cohort analysis, and experimentation with strong SQL skills and comfort working with data pipelines</li><li>The ability to quickly identify opportunities through data analysis and experience with product analytics tools</li><li>Genuine excitement about helping independent restaurants succeed with an understanding of restaurant operations and pain points (preferred)</li><li>Experience with SMB or marketplace products with a commitment to democratizing technology for small businesses</li><li>Comfort with API design, authentication systems, and billing infrastructure.
