<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3> <p>Chime is building a world-class in-house creative team that matches the pace, ambition, and boldness of our business. As the Executive Producer, you’ll sit within the Creative Operations &amp; Production team and lead a group of talented Producers who support Chime’s diverse lines of business: Brand, Growth, Go-To-Market, Product Marketing, Enterprise, Paid, and more.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for establishing the playbook and ways of working that elevate our production discipline to a world-class standard - driving consistency, efficiency, and excellence across every project. This includes integrated marketing campaigns, TV and digital work, lifecycle and product marketing, long and short-form content, and everything in between.</p> <p>This role is perfect for a strategic, solutions-oriented production leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to scale operations, and is passionate about creative excellence.</p> <p>The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $190,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.</p> <h3><strong>In this role, you can expect to</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Direct, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Producers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.</li> <li>Set clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations to drive accountability and empowerment across the team.</li> <li>Foster collaboration and alignment across Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional partners.</li> <li>Define and evolve the production playbook, building scalable and efficient processes that deliver speed, consistency, and quality.</li> <li>Partner with Creative Operations leadership to optimize resourcing, capacity planning, and vendor management.</li> <li>Establish production standards, best practices, and documentation that ensure clarity and repeatability across projects.</li> <li>Identify opportunities for operational improvements in cost, time, and workflows.</li> <li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of creative projects - integrated campaigns, TV, digital, lifecycle, content series, product launches, and more.</li> <li>Provide senior oversight on production budgets, timelines, vendor partnerships, and creative execution.</li> <li>Ensure production excellence across media types: broadcast, digital, social, OOH, experiential, and emerging platforms.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies that can drive innovation and efficiency.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>To thrive in this role, you have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in production and creative operations, with significant experience in integrated campaign production.</li> <li>Proven success as a people manager, building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.</li> <li>Deep understanding of production workflows across broadcast, digital, social, and content platforms.</li> <li>Expertise in project management, budget oversight, vendor negotiations, and contract management.</li> <li>Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing at all levels of the organization.</li> <li>A passion for creative work, balanced with discipline in operations and execution.</li> <li>Agency and/or in-house experience strongly preferred.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid</p><div><h2><strong>A little about us</strong></h2> <p>At Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
