Chime is looking for a strategic, impact-driven Director to lead Analytics for our Spending Product organization. In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner with leaders across Data, Product, Finance, and Engineering to shape decisions that reach millions of members. Reporting to the VP of Analytics, you’ll drive both strategy and execution in one of Chime’s most important growth engines—directly influencing how people spend, save, move money, and improve their financial health. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $198,990.00 and up to $281,900.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
