Hybrid work schedule with 4 days in office per week with option of remote work on Fridays. </div><div>Travel Requirements: occasional to company and other locations around the world.  </div><div>Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: </div><div><ul><li>Provide Finance and Treasury expertise to support acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures investments and other strategic business activities </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead project and structured financing, cash repatriation, FX risk mitigation, and business unit capital structure decisions; negotiate financing to minimize costs, optimize exposure, and ensure timely cash availability.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as the main contact and expert for Finance and Treasury matters with business partners, providing timely counsel to assess and mitigate risk. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Optimize business unit cash redeployment and address funding needs  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Facilitate executive management approvals for transactions as required </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Drive good decisions through financial analysis and business acumen   </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.  </li></ul></div><div>Required Qualifications:  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>8+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in Treasury, Finance, Investment Analysis, Acquisitions &amp; Divestments, and/or Business Advisory  </li></ul></div><div>Preferred Qualifications: </div><div><ul><li>U.S. or international oil &amp; gas experience and/or low carbon new energies experience  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience providing finance expertise to major commercial and financial transactions including acquisitions, divestments, joint venture formation &amp; management, project financing, and other commercial negotiations </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Treasury cash and risk management experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working in or with multinational businesses </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficient handling diverse responsibilities across several projects, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with senior management to influence decision-making  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Self-starter with a growth mindset to learn and improve, and challenge the status quo </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to build collaborative working relationships with diverse teams across Chevron’s global businesses and external stakeholders to influence outcomes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>MBA or equivalent </li></ul></div><div>Relocation Options:  Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters.<div>International Considerations:  </div><div>Expatriate assignments will not be considered. </div><div>Chevron regrets that it is unable to sponsor employment Visas or consider individuals on time-limited Visa status for this position. </div><div> </div></div><div> </div></div>U.S. Regulatory notice:Chevron is an Equal Opportunity employer.
