The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our data observability capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of data health and performance for our clients.</span></div><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced data observability frameworks to ensure comprehensive monitoring and analysis of data systems.</li><li>Mentor and guide data engineering teams in the adoption and integration of observability practices.</li><li>Create sophisticated metrics and dashboards to monitor and report on data system performance, reliability, and integrity.</li><li>Lead investigations into data incidents, providing expert analysis and recommendations for systemic improvements.</li><li>Engage with key clients to assess their data needs and design customized observability strategies that align with their business objectives.</li><li>Champion the adoption of new observability technologies and methodologies, setting the standard for industry best practices.</li></ul><h3>You have</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with a preference for additional certifications in data management.</li><li>At least 7 years of experience in a data observability leadership role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.</li><li>Expert knowledge of data pipeline architectures, data warehousing, big data technologies, and cloud services.</li><li>Mastery of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk, with the ability to customize and extend their functionality.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Equity</li><li>Range of Healthcare Plans</li><li>Paid Parental Leave</li><li>Unlimited Vacation</li><li>Flexible Work Schedule</li><li>Compensation Range:  $155,000-220,000+ / year</li></ul><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>If this opportunity sounds interesting, apply or reach out to our internal talent team.
