The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training teams, rolling out new data standards, and ensuring that these are embraced at all levels of the organization through a collaborative, not top-down, approach.</div><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices across the organization.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower multiple teams on data standards and best practices.</li><li>Work directly with teams to ensure understanding, buy-in, and proper implementation of data architecture strategies.</li><li>Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to encourage a shared ownership of data standards.</li><li>Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of data standards, making adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs.</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and incorporate these into training and standards.</li></ul><h3>You have</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in training teams and rolling out data standards in a multi-team environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, and consensus-building.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data concepts in understandable terms.</li><li>Experience with modern data technologies and architectures, including cloud services and big data platforms.</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Competitive Base Salary</li><li>Equity</li><li>Range of Healthcare Plans</li><li>Paid Parental Leave</li><li>Unlimited Vacation</li><li>Flexible Work Schedule</li><li>Compensation: $155,000-220,000+ / year</li><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></ul><div>If this opportunity sounds interesting, apply or reach out to our internal talent team.
