From onboarding to renewal, the Client Success team ensures adoption, satisfaction, and growth across our client base.</span></div><h3>Job Summary</h3><ul><li>We are seeking a Client Success Associate with a Project Coordination focus to support our Senior Program and Project Manager as well as our Client Success Managers in delivering high-quality client engagements. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and project leadership. You’ll manage project documentation, facilitate communication, and track deliverables while also engaging directly with clients to support their onboarding, adoption, and success with Cherre.</li><li>This hybrid role combines client success responsibilities (building relationships, supporting adoption, resolving issues) with project coordination responsibilities (managing schedules, documentation, and reporting).
