This role will serve as the operational backbone of our talent acquisition efforts, managing small to medium-sized projects, handling talent requests, and maintaining our recruiting ticketing system to help our recruiters focus on what they do best - finding exceptional talent. This is a hybrid position based in either San Francisco or Denver. What you’ll do <ul> <li>Support daily recruiting operations tasks, specifically managing job openings, talent requests, and our recruiting ticketing system</li> <li>Partner with recruiting, People Ops, and IT teams to build efficiencies in our recruiting processes utilizing available systems and tools</li> <li>Run small to medium-sized recruiting operations projects, ensuring they remain on track to achieve desired business outcomes</li> <li>Develop and execute knowledge-sharing processes, including training materials, documentation, and best practices for the recruiting team</li> <li>Coordinate recruiting tool development and enhancements by representing our teams needs with cross-functional partners</li> <li>Analyze recruiting operations data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization</li> <li>Support recruiting coordination efforts as needed, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication</li> </ul> What you bring <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting recruiting, ideally in talent operations or equivalent operational experience</li> <li>Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, with ability to learn new platforms quickly.
