As AI reshapes discovery, we’re investing in the systems, data, and technical foundations that future-proof how buyers find and evaluate Checkr. This role reports to the Website &amp; SEO Manager and will own our B2B AI search strategy, while supporting SEO &amp; AEO strategy across Checkr’s full suite of products and brands. You’ll own, design, and execute our technical SEO strategy—spanning log file analytics, crawl/index management, structured data strategy, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate is a technical SEO leader with deep B2B growth experience and hands-on AEO/LLM expertise. You’ll evolve a high-performing search motion, bringing AI/AEO rigor to unlock the next stage of growth.
