The ideal candidate thrives in creative, fast-paced environments and is passionate about our mission-driven, community-focused culture. This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution, serving as a trusted right-hand partner who demonstrates exceptional judgment across diverse situations. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative and organizational capabilities, and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing demands. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 2 to 3 days a week. Starting January 2026, hub-based employees will be expected to work from the office 3 days per week. The base salary range for this role is $152,000 to $179,000 in San Francisco, CA.
