Join us to not only find a career, but a calling.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own, manage, and expand relationships with hospitals and major health systems to continue to drive growth </li> <li>Identify trends in local hospitals and health systems and synthesize findings into strategic opportunities </li> <li>Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across higher level of care channels</li> <li>Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships</li> <li>Fill potential gaps and monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process </li> <li>Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process</li> <li>Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in a remote capacity </li> <li>Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies</li> <li>Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years experience selling into healthcare with a track record of success </li> <li>Experience pitching and working with hospitals and/or larger health systems </li> <li>Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style</li> <li>Demonstrated project management experience, successfully owning and driving tasks from initiation to completion</li> <li>Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization, especially with senior leadership</li> <li>Ability to travel locally (within ~2 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners</li> <li>Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis</li> <li>Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment with a collaborative mindset</li> <li>Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies</li> <li>Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred</li> <li>Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel</li> </ul> <div> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <p>Charlie Health is pleased to offer comprehensive benefits to all full-time, exempt employees. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus.
