In this role, you’ll play a critical part in expanding our footprint across key industries by developing strategic relationships and turning prospects into long-term clients. You thrive in building pipeline from the ground up, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-impact deals.</p> <p>This is a role for someone who takes the initiative, enjoys opening new doors, and knows how to create value where others see barriers. You’ll be supported by a cross-functional team, but you lead the charge, bringing our solutions to new markets and decision-makers.</p> <h3>Specific Duties</h3> <ul> <li>Prospect and sell EV solutions to new and/or current customers in your assigned region, with a focus on F500 or large multi-national accounts</li> <li>Identify and qualify prospects across your region, building and executing sales strategies to win or grow accounts</li> <li>Identify customer pain points and position value-driven use cases, using ROI data to clearly articulate business impact to key decision makers</li> <li>Demonstrate ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including legal and procurement teams</li> <li>Effectively sell to C-Suite executives by aligning strategic outcomes with business priorities and financial metrics</li> <li>Deliver compelling sales presentations that align our solutions with customer needs and demonstrate tangible business value</li> <li>Manage pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts in SFDC with discipline; maintain a 180-day rolling sales forecast to support planning and execution</li> <li>Oversee customer trials and evaluations, ensuring technical and business objectives are met</li> <li>Collaborate with PAMs to align go-to-market strategies with key partners and maximize partner-sourced opportunities</li> <li>Conduct site visits and travel within the assigned territory to build customer relationships and assess solution fit</li> <li>Understand local energy policies, incentives, and the competitive landscape to better position offerings</li> <li>Prepare and support responses to formal procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs), leveraging experience with enterprise and multi-national procurement frameworks</li> <li>Track and leverage public and private funding programs (e.g., Inflation Reduction Act, utility rebates, EV-related grants) to support customer adoption and strengthen business cases</li> <li>Coordinate legal processes for NDAs and contracts to ensure timely and compliant deal closure</li> <li>Analyze market dynamics and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and improve win rates</li> <li>Support in-field sales efforts and partner engagement through regional travel as needed</li> </ul> <h3> Requirements/Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence</li> <li>Tech-savvy and adaptable; thrives in dynamic sales environments</li> <li>Provide consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and drive upsell opportunities</li> <li>High energy, with a bias toward action and results</li> <li>Organized and effective at managing long and short sales cycles</li> <li>Strong collaborator and team player</li> <li>Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in enterprise or commercial markets</li> <li>Strong ethical standards and personal accountability</li> <li>Experience managing multiple complex stakeholders and enterprise deals</li> </ul> <h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field</li> <li>8+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota attainment</li> <li>Preference for experience in relevant sectors (fleet ops, CRE/energy, OEM/auto)</li> <li>EV industry experience is a plus but not required</li> </ul> <h3>Location</h3> <p>US Remote (Phoenix, AZ)</p> <p> </p> <p>#LI-JH1</p> <p> </p><div><p>We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
