This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills to maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring consistent cash flow.</p> <h4><strong>What Youll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner and ensure billing aligns with contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements</li> <li>Maintain billing schedules for all contracts </li> <li>Monitor accounts receivable, initiate follow-ups, and be our “first line of defense” to ensure timely payments.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales, Legal). You’ll be a connector!</li> <li>Provide weekly and monthly reporting on AR health, DSO, collections KPIs, and cash flow trends.</li> <li>Contact customers to resolve payment delays and escalate collection issues to management when necessary</li> <li>Reconcile billings and collections to the general ledger and provide weekly reporting on collections status and outstanding balances</li> <li>Be an asset in our audit as we prepare documentation and respond to requests</li> <li>Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency in billing and collections.  Automate, streamline, and shake things up!</li> <li>Ensure billing process complies with applicable sales &amp; VAT tax regulations</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent hands-on experience.</li> <li>At least 2 years of experience in billing, AR, or collections.
