Finalize the integration process across the deal lifecycle</span><span>. Externally validate functional integration approaches and build internal </span><span>capabilities for value capture. Line up resourcing and readiness for integration as the deal </span><span>progresses through the lifecycle.</span></p><p><br /><b><span>Cross-Functional Support:</span></b><span> </span><span>Collaborate closely with various departments—</span><br /><span>including finance, operations, HR, IT, and commercial teams—to support their</span><br /><span>integration-related activities and ensure comprehensive communication and</span><br /><span>alignment throughout the process. Ensure functional buy in regarding integration </span><span>approach and validity of approach.</span> <span>Actively engage with key stakeholders, including </span><span>executive leadership, to provide updates on integration progress, address challenges, </span><span>and ensure stakeholder alignment and support.</span></p><p><br /><b><span>Risk Assessment and Mitigation:</span></b><span> </span><span>Identify potential risks associated with</span><br /><span>integration projects and develop proactive strategies to mitigate these risks,</span><br /><span>maintaining project momentum and focus. </span></p><p><br /><b><span>Performance Monitoring:</span><span> </span></b><span>Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) </span><span>to measure integration success, driving continuous improvement initiatives based on </span><span>performance data. </span><span>Cultural Integration:</span><span> </span><span>Support the effective integration of organizational cultures, </span><span>values, and practices between merging entities, emphasizing collaboration and unity </span><span>within the workforce.</span></p><p><br /><b><span>Reporting and Communication:</span></b><span> </span><span>Present progress and recommendations to senior </span><span>leadership team(s) and board, ensuring clear communication of corporate</span><br /><span>development initiatives and outcomes.</span></p></div></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Experience and Educational Requirements: </b></p><p></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li><li>8-10 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on M&amp;A integration within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully coordinating complex integration initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience with healthcare systems and pharmaceutical supply chains.</li><li>Proven experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions (M&amp;A), and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Direct experience working alongside acquired entities and leadership teams.</li><li>Deep knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and due diligence processes related to M&amp;A activities.</li><li>Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership and external stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership including executive leadership.
