This role will lead the creation of the T2V roadmap, ensure effective implementation across enterprise and business units, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize talent processes, build capabilities, and establish knowledge-sharing systems integrating T2V principles.</p><p></p><p>This role will collaborate closely with HR leaders, business partners, and the Data and Analytics teams to deliver thought leadership, design learning experiences, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
