Job Details

The Director of Product Management is responsible for product management of a portfolio of solutions that create new sources of income. The role is responsible for driving innovation and commercialization leading to profitable growth and the delivery of new solution offerings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support in all aspects of product development, launch, and lifecycle management.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new technical product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including multiple development teams, R&D, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to drive successful product launches.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product development strategies.

  • Define technical  product roadmaps based on market insights and customer feedback, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to establish & monitor KPIs and OKRs for new products, ensuring measurable targets are set to evaluate success.

  • Monitor product performance through data analysis and customer feedback; make recommendations for enhancements or modifications as needed.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to clinical trial supply chain management and logistics to drive continuous improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required; a masters degree is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • A strong background in clinical trial supply chain management or logistics is highly desirable

  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products from ideation through commercialization.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

  • Strategic &  Out-of-the-box thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics.

  • Ability to anticipate and understand client needs, providing disruptive solutions to solve market problems.

  • Strong decision-making skills, making informed choices based on data analysis and industry insights.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

Salary Range*

$121,000 - 186,230

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
