The Role: As such, we are seeking an experienced Partner Executive to help develop and deliver our ecosystem strategy through attracting and growing our regional based partnerships. The work you’ll do: <ul> <li>Scaling reach and momentum within regionally managed partnerships</li> <li>Attracting and developing senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas (new Business Units, Service Lines, Industry Verticals).</li> <li>Developing and executing a holistic partner strategy to achieve assigned sales goals </li> <li>Pitching Celonis value proposition on all levels (especially comfortable at C-Level) adopting a highly consultative sales and business outcome approach</li> <li>Streamlining account alignment and Joint solutioning and GTM programs </li> <li>Regional relationship governance &amp; communications</li> <li>Orchestrating partnership development, onboarding, activation, and enablement</li> <li>Supporting partners in their go-to-market activities (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, etc)</li> <li>Organizing and executing events with and for our partner community in order to drive pipeline and sales opportunities. </li> <li>Tight connection with Partner Sales Team and Field Sales Team on sales execution and delivery</li> </ul> The qualifications you need: <ul> <li>Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Global SIs or regional SIs.</li> <li>The ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level and proven at C-Level specifically.</li> <li>Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and develop our sales ambitions and partnerships.</li> <li>Strong consultative sales ability and skills</li> <li>Team-oriented &amp; Entrepreneurial.</li> <li>Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems or similar.</li> </ul> Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.<div><div><div>The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule.  Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off).
