Today, healthcare providers still engage with its consumers in a “one-size-fits-all” approach; and Cedar is excited to leverage consumer best practices to deliver a superior experience.</p></div><p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As a member of the Payment Differentiation Squad, your day might look like:</p> <ul> <li>Driving Innovation: Experimenting with and launching ML-powered payment features in collaboration with our AI team and data scientists.</li> <li>Advancing Patient Affordability: Partnering with leading organizations like Plaid to improve patient access to affordable healthcare.</li> <li>Engineering for Scale: Enhancing our checkout flow, which handles tens of millions of patients annually and processes billions of dollars in payments.</li> <li>Inspiring and Leading Others: Actively contributing to team chartering, managing technical projects, and mentoring peer engineers to take ownership of their own projects.</li> <li>Raising the Technical Bar: Taking creative initiative, such as by expanding our Cursor Rules collection or developing new interview questions (examples from current Payment Differentiation engineers).</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We Look For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Strong technical leadership with a track record of driving measurable impact across the stack.
