This hybrid role will require a blend of Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsibilities and Sales Support/Marketing/Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at lead generation, marketing collaboration, and providing critical support to our consultant team when navigating complex client interactions. The Team:  This role sits within the Commercial Growth &amp; Strategy Organization on the Consultant Relations team and will work cross-collaboratively across many teams across Carrot- marketing, sales, legal, BI and more.  Minimum Qualifications:  <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree</li> <li>2+ years of experience in sales development, marketing, or sales support roles.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience with sales tools (SalesLoft/Outreach, Salesforce, SalesNav, etc.)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul> <li>Proactive critical thinking mindset with a focus on problem-solving and driving results.</li> <li>Experience with distilling down complex concepts into easy-to-understand answers</li> <li>Strong analytic and PowerPoint skills</li> <li>Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</li> </ul> Compensation:  Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
