We are a remote company, but regularly meet in person, too.<h3>🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:</h3><ul><li>You will proactively build successful relationships with CIO, Head of Digitalization and other technical counterparts throughout the sales process</li><li>You are a core part of the sales organisation and work closely together with Enterprise Account Executives and Vice Presidents who are responsible for bringing new airline partners to <a target="_blank" href="http://cargo.one">cargo.one</a></li><li>You own technical discovery activites</li><li>You build a deep understanding of customer requirements and industry trends and use this knowledge to influence airline integration projects and the <a target="_blank" href="http://cargo.one">cargo.one</a> product roadmap</li><li>You educate customers about technical integration options, their advantages and disadvantages, you challenge the customers expectations and are a valuable counterpart to them</li><li>You lead customer-specific solution design during the sales process</li><li>You manage all data security, connectivity and high level system architecture questions and objections that arise during the airline sales process</li><li>You support both the Account Executives and Airlines with inputs to business cases during the airline sales proces</li></ul><h1>🕵 We are looking for individuals with:</h1><ul><li>You are a fast learner and are keen to drive highly strategic sales processes forward in a small cohesive team</li><li>You have 2+ years of experience working in pre-sales engineering (for large or enterprise accounts) in a fast growth venture backed or IPO’d technology company</li><li>You have great presentation and communication skills</li><li>You have a good understanding of synchronous (e.g. REST APIs) and asynchronous (file transfer, direct database acceess) data exchange methods</li><li>You have a good understanding network security devices (e.g. Firewalls) as related to synchronous or asynchronous connectivity</li><li>You have had exposure to enterprise sales processes</li><li>You are fluent in English (C2)</li><li>You have a proven track record of building trust and strong working relationships with enterprise stakeholders</li><li>An understanding of micro-services based architectures is a plus</li></ul><h3>❤️ We think you will love working here if:</h3><ul><li>You value building great relationships and trust with your team and managers.</li><li>You love experimenting with new ideas and get super excited when you find an opportunity for process improvement.</li><li>You see working remotely successfully as a pioneering challenge which is constantly evolving.</li><li>In everything you do, you take ownership and get a kick out of exceeding expectations.</li><li>When faced with the choice, you’d rather opt for the ambitious to ensure you grow, than take the easy option.</li><li>You see the value of giving and receiving feedback and incorporate this into everything you do.</li><li>You are not afraid to voice your opinions and like using data to back them up</li></ul>🤔 What is so exciting about working in the air cargo industry?Imagine a world without a Skyscanner or Kayak when trying to book your next holiday.
