What Real Estate Development contributes to Cardinal Health Facilities &amp; Real Estate plans and directs facility maintenance and food services as well as real estate activities including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and property development. Real Estate Development develops concepts and designs for company facilities and manages property development projects within cost, time and quality requirements and constraints.
