Job SummaryThe Sr. Manager, Medical Distribution Account Marketing leads development and implementation of commercial marketing plans for the U.S. Distribution business as a whole and for a specific account portfolio. The primary responsibility will be understanding the industry landscape and customer needs, developing sales enablement programs and tools, and commercializing the U.S. Medical Distribution value proposition to drive revenue and accelerate growth and profitability. ResponsibilitiesManages the development and execution of account-specific marketing plans for Cardinal Health’s U.S. Medical Distribution Acute Care channel. Leveraging industry knowledge and channel segmentation to develop strategies that resonate with the customers. This role will be responsible for the following:Financials and Performance Metrics:<ul><li>Leverage data to understand channel performance and program effectiveness and support decision-making. </li><li>Monitor product performance metrics and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market insights for stakeholders.</li></ul>Marketing tools and GTM Strategies:<ul><li>Develop and execute commercial marketing strategies - Create value propositions that resonate with target customer segments </li><li>Sales enablement support to accelerate industry growth</li><li>Develops and conducts product and solution presentations, using a variety of mediums, to position the sales force for success.</li><li>Develop and drive promotional activity to sales and channels to meet objectives—Create marketing materials and tools tailored to specific customer needs. This includes co-branded materials, sales presentations, and product information that aligns with the overall brand messaging.</li><li>Partner with content team and customer solutions teams to develop customer case studies and white papers </li></ul>Collaborate with sales and cross-functional counterparts:<ul><li>Serve as marketing lead for Account Operating Units (AOUs), providing direct support for product conversion activities and customer distribution strategy</li><li>Develop partnerships with broader Cardinal Health marketing and functional teams to support cross-functional marketing strategy</li><li>Ensure that marketing strategies are effectively executed at the channel level</li><li>Communicate cross-functionally for strategy refinement</li><li>Advance, maintain, and implement training, support programs, and sales tools for the selling organization and channel.</li></ul>Market Intelligence and Insights, including competitive analysis:<ul><li>Gather insights on market conditions and customer needs.
