What Application Development &amp; Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health Information Technology oversees the effective development, delivery, and operation of computing and information services. Application Development &amp; Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organizations software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organizations internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development &amp; Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.  Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze complex business requirements to design SAP S/4HANA OTC solutions covering order management, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and accounts receivable.</li><li>Configure and implement advanced S/4HANA functionalities such as FIORI apps, Advanced ATP, BRF+, and embedded analytics.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP) and external systems.</li><li>Lead data migration activities for OTC-related data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during implementation.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and leverage S/4HANA capabilities to enhance OTC workflows.</li><li>Design and implement custom solutions for complex pricing models, discount structures, and rebate management.</li><li>Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce errors in order processing and billing.</li><li>Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines and objectives.</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, define deliverables, and manage resources effectively.</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving critical OTC issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks or bottlenecks.</li><li>Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users, business teams, and IT staff on OTC processes and configurations.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OTC processes with organizational goals and industry standards.</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and issue resolutions.</li><li>Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure OTC process efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>8+ years of experience in SAP SD/OTC roles, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA environments &amp; strong exposure to BRIM.</li><li>Proven experience in Order management, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing &amp; FICA, while leveraging standard BRIM functionality to auto clear FICA posting and post to FI-AR/AP accounts for payment.</li><li>Strong understanding of CI provider contracts and partner agreement with partner settlement capabilities.</li><li>Proven experience in leading greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementation projects.</li><li>Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, including order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and accounts receivable.</li><li>Strong knowledge of integration points across S/4HANA modules (FI/CO, MM, PP) and third-party systems.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced S/4HANA functionalities like Advanced ATP, BRF+, and CDS views.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP FIORI apps and reporting tools.</li><li>Familiarity with data migration tools (LTMC, LSMW) and methodologies.</li><li>Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.</li></ul>Anticipated salary range: $121,600 - $173,700Bonus eligible: YesBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.<ul><li>Medical, dental and vision coverage</li><li>Paid time off plan</li><li>Health savings account (HSA)</li><li>401k savings plan</li><li>Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay</li><li>Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)</li><li>Short- and long-term disability coverage</li><li>Work-Life resources</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Healthy lifestyle programs</li></ul>Application window anticipated to close: 10/27/2025 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The salary range listed is an estimate.
