We are open to a remote worker in this role. We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to support the SAP Pricing and Rebates and Incentives team.  This position is a leadership role and will work with the different business and IT teams on these areas to design and improve the SAP and Vistex supported solutions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical leadership in execution and management of the solutions in SAP Pricing Rebates and Chargebacks.</li><li>Support the integration with other application like EDI/Vendavo/etc. related to Pricing, Rebates and Incentives area.</li><li>Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.</li><li>Guide complex fit/gap analysis, effort estimates and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from “out of the box” functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition</li><li>Work on SAP Build Projects that are prioritize by business to either enhance the current platforms or create new SAP instances as required.</li><li>Solution ownership of defects, enhancements, and new build project for RNI.</li><li>Identifying synergies and optimization areas within the RNI domain and manage the execution.</li><li>Understand the solution and be able to test it as required.</li><li>Keeping up with emerging technologies and changes in business processes. </li><li>Maintain strategic relationships with all key stakeholders.</li><li>Customer focused and deep understanding of business needs.</li><li>Driving end-user satisfaction by using specific metrics.</li><li>Provide leadership and direction to the teams during problem solving and crisis management.</li><li>Provide solution leadership, organizing, and overseeing projects.</li><li>Influencing internal and external clients to leverage out of the box solutions and reducing customizations.</li><li>Help in completing effort estimates, preparing proposals, and collaborating with functional partners to deliver solutions for value-add business functions.</li><li>Collaborating with other process tower leaders (OTC, PTP, RTR, and non-SAP systems) to ensure a cohesive solution without impacting cross functional and downstream processes or applications.</li><li>Provide support in preparing and conducting prioritization meetings (for enhancements and defects) with the RNI functional partners.</li><li>Ensure all critical RNI processes are properly monitored and alerted; and automate recurrent incidents.</li><li>Closely follows the strategic direction set by the segment and executes on priority goals.</li><li>Closely work with infrastructure teams to ensure a reliable and stable operations.</li><li>Complies and enforce adoption of Solution Manager, Charm Management, HP ALM and other standard tools.</li><li>Accountable for IT Controls, SOX compliance, and Audit findings on the SAP Pharma platform</li><li>Responsible for the KPIs and BPM metrics that support current and future Pharma business units on SAP</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience preferred</li><li>8+ years experience in SAP Pricing, Rebates and Chargebacks preferred</li><li>5+ years experience in directly or indirectly managing three or more resources preferred</li><li>Functional knowledge in Vistex modules preferred </li><li>Experience with integration points between pricing, contracts, and other SAP modules preferred (SD, MM, FI/CO).</li><li>Knowledge or previous experience in ABAP and debugging is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced S/4 features such as FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics preferred.</li><li>Experienced in all global SAP aspects, including defining &amp;
