As we expand our Commercial Technologies capabilities, we are seeking a strategic, business-minded individual to collaborate with our product management team on the discovery and planning of technology solutions that support our commercial growth and customer success.
This role will report to the Director of Commercial Technologies and serve as a key partner to product teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, a user-first approach, and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology.
Responsibilities
Big picture thinking across multiple products, solutions, and portfolio.
Lead strategic discovery efforts with product teams to identify opportunities, define business needs, and shape solution direction.
Translate business strategy into actionable technology initiatives by aligning stakeholders, clarifying objectives, and defining success metrics.
Serve as a trusted liaison between business, product, UX, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the solution lifecycle.
Apply advanced business analysis techniques to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Champion user-centric design by collaborating with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive, impactful experiences.
Leverage data insights and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Foster strong relationships across teams to support adoption, change management, and long-term value realization.
Contribute to the development of scalable standards, frameworks, and best practices that strengthen our technology foundation.
Mentor team members and promote a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
8+ years of experience in business analysis, product strategy, or technology solution delivery, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
Proven ability to bridge business strategy and technical execution.
Expertise in requirements engineering, process optimization, and user experience design.
Strong understanding of agile and iterative development methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring others.
Familiarity with pharmacy operations and workflow.
Familiarity with healthcare logistics, compliance, and regulatory considerations is a plus.
Anticipated salary range: $121,600 - $173,700
