Position Overview:Seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Product Management Commercial Technology to lead product development and commercialization of our products and solution offerings. This individual will play a critical role in building cohesive, market-ready products by driving cross-functional collaboration, accelerating time-to-market, and ensuring our solutions resonate within our markets. This role is central to shaping innovative, scalable business technology solutions that support independent oncology practices in delivering high-quality, value-based care.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy, commercialization, and healthcare technology, with a deep understanding of the oncology care ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to translate market needs into impactful products that drive adoption, revenue growth, and improved patient outcomes.This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of IT Management.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Owner of the product lifecycle managing the products from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering commercial-ready solutions</li><li>Drive a cohesive product vision by ensuring product features and design elements work together to form a clear and compelling value proposition</li><li>Accelerate time to market by focusing on product delivery of meaningful, testable iterations and identifying beta and pilot opportunities to gather early user feedback</li><li>Maintains and leverages relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure new product development is supported through the appropriate research and marketing efforts in order to bring products to market</li><li>Executes plans for innovating and driving market penetration of the new products through coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all parties</li><li>Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize features that drive adoption and engagement.
