Location: Remote (For Non-Local) or Hybrid (Local to NYC area or Denver, CO) Position Summary: As an customer-facing, individual contributor on the Product team, you will pay a critical role in contributing to the success of Capital Rx. The Capital Rx Product team seeks individuals who are passionate about improving the landscape of claims processing, while providing superior service. The expectations for growth in this role are to push beyond the core data and reporting subject matter areas and to serve as an expert across all domains of Judi, our Enterprise Health Platform. Position Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide customer-facing subject matter expertise support on Judi�s reporting capabilities</li> <li>Take accountability for accurate translation of reporting requirements for Capital Rx�s customers</li> <li>Support analytics and reporting needs for the Technology team, e.g. root cause analyses, capitalized labor, team statistics</li> <li>Own swift resolution and clear communication of critical reporting issues</li> <li>Present analysis results summaries clearly to customers and internal groups</li> <li>Assist in testing of new Judi functionality to ensure enhancements are functioning as expected and accurately processing claims transactions</li> <li>Build key cross-functional relationships with other internal teams such as Analytics, Finance, and Account Management</li> <li>Mentor and train internal and external users on available reporting mechanisms</li> <li>Provide virtual and in person product demonstrations, with the ability to sell product differentiators and resonate with current operational challenges</li> <li>Note: Role may periodically require meeting participation, service support or other requirements outside of standard business hours</li></ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor�s degree, with record of strong academic performance in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Economics strongly preferred</li> <li>3+ years of proven experience in data analytics and reporting required</li> <li>2+ years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) required</li> <li>2+ years of experience presenting analysis to clients and/or management</li> <li>3+ years of PBM or health plan experience preferred</li> <li>2+ years working with JSON or other data-exchange format tools</li> <li>1+ year of Python experience preferred</li> <li>1+ year of Git experience preferred</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to easily pivot priorities</li> <li>Ability to work effectively with virtual teams</li> <li>Ability to travel 5-10%</li></ul> Base Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 Visa Sponsorship: Capital Rx does not provide sponsorship to any candidates.
