As a Capital One Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful software that enables our customers to manage their data securely and efficiently at any scale. What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Lead diverse set of technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, latency sensitive applications and full stack systems to create robust, cloud native, resilient, and highly scalable solutions in data management and security domains.</li><li>Write high quality code, perform code and design reviews.</li><li>Share your passion for writing high quality code, staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal &amp; external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community.</li><li>Promote a culture of engineering excellence and being well-managed, using opportunities to reuse and inner source solutions where possible.
