This role focuses on developing and delivering impactful learning programs to drive team effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage new hire training and onboarding for all new field team members with a goal of accelerating timeline to full productivity</li><li>Design instructional materials and curricula tailored to field team needs including simulations, group training events, self-study, etc.</li><li>Coach and up-skill team members to enhance performance </li><li>Manage enablement programs from development through execution</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and measure effectiveness</li><li>Provide strategic direction and coaching for the team; contribute to the growth and development of internal team members by sharing new learning techniques and best practices in the learning industry</li><li>Take industry analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices into consideration when driving program strategy</li><li>Manage customer experience across field teams, supporting initiatives to drive optimal performance</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or military experience</li><li>At least 3  years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or development of training materials </li><li>At least 3 years of experience in program development or program management </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Master’s degree </li><li>5+ years experience coaching and developing teams</li><li>5+ years people leadership experience</li><li>5+ years of project management experience</li><li>Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Experience in a client-facing or sales enablement environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build scalable training programs in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this positionThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
