About the Role Responsibilities  Specialize in designing agent workflows, multi-step chains, prompt templates, API chaining, fallback logic, prompt injection defense.   Show Us What You’ve Got  <ul> <li>5+ years related experience.</li> <li>Strong domain understanding of banking / financial services.</li> <li>Experience designing multi-stage agents, planning, tool use.</li> <li>Understanding of human AI interaction, edge cases, “hallucination” mitigation.</li> <li>Skills in prompt modularization, prompt versioning, prompt testing.</li> <li>Ability to work with AI/ML engineers closely.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills.</li> <li>BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> </ul> Professional experience is important.
