About the Role
Responsibilities

Independently establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and drive teams toward practical, value-driven solutions.

Lead and manage requirement solicitation and documentation activities, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

Apply in-depth knowledge of Risk Management and Risk Reporting, covering both financial and non-financial risks, to guide solution design and execution.

Demonstrate proven project delivery success within Capital Markets, particularly in large, complex organizational structures.

Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations tailored for executive audiences, leveraging storytelling and data visualization techniques.

Develop and maintain complex trade flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to support technical and process understanding across teams.

Manage project deliverables end-to-end by identifying and tracking dependencies and issues, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items.

Document meeting minutes and action items with precision, distributing summaries that enhance team accountability and clarity.

Utilize JIRA and Confluence to support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Partner with clients to define strategic roadmaps and act as a trusted advisor, helping shape and execute transformational initiatives.

Provide subject matter expertise on capital markets trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices to inform actionable recommendations.

Contribute to shaping and executing complex digital transformations by translating high-level visions into structured processes and requirements.

- Exhibit flexibility in working hours, including participation in early morning meetings starting at 7:00–7:30 AM EST to support stakeholder availability.

5+ years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services, with emphasis on Capital Markets and Risk functions

Deep expertise in financial/non-financial risk reporting processes and regulatory frameworks
-
Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing cross-functional dependencies and ensuring deliverable alignment

Strong capability in building Business Cases and conducting gap analyses

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
-
Skilled in creating EPICs and writing user stories that align with product vision and technical scope
-
Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders independently

Experience with Microsoft Visio for visualizing trade flows and process maps
-
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders

Ability to pivot into related roles such as Product Owner as project needs evolve

Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset and high degree of ownership
