So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At the moment, this role is focused on:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and cross-functional teams to create innovative and user-friendly solutions</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reusable front-end components and systems</li><li>Identify and implement best practices and methodologies for front-end engineering</li><li>Mentor and empower other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement</li><li>Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and industry advancements</li><li>Contribute to the overall architecture and design of front-end systems, ensuring maintainability and extensibility</li></ul>Youre probably a match if have/are<ul><li>Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and state management libraries (e.g., MobX)</li><li>Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or Java</li><li>Expertise in writing performant, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking ownership of projects and outcomes</li><li>Experience with big-picture thinking and attention to detail</li><li>Passion for creating exceptional user experiences</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li></ul>About the Team As part of Page Assembly, you’ll be able to work across the stack immersing yourself in web page architecture and enhancing technical capabilities (e.g JS bundling, code delivery, data loading) all aimed at ensuring our systems scale efficiently and maintain top performance.We delve into the complexities of challenging architecture, working diligently to consolidate differing structures across our platform.
