As an Support Specialist, youll provide chat, email and zoom support to Canopy Connect’s agency product customers to ensure that they receive the help they need in a timely manner. This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup.  About you <ul> <li>Willing to work PST hours (9am to 5pm)</li> <li>1 year experience in a customer facing support role in a fintech, insurtech or SaaS company.</li> <li>Understanding of common sales support tools like chat, shared inboxes, and video.</li> <li>Exception written communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to learn software platforms quickly.</li> <li>Typing speed of at least 55 wpm</li> <li>Bonus: Experience using Hubspot and Stripe.</li> <li>Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge.</li> <li>Bonus: Programming experience in any language and experience with SQL databases.</li> </ul> Please note that we are only accepting candidates who are authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
