This role bridges technical execution and customer enablement—playing a crucial part in ensuring smooth onboarding and configuration of integrations that power our most important hospitality workflows.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in hotel technology or hospitality operations, who thrives at the intersection of systems, stakeholders, and client success.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Integration Ownership:</b> Lead the end-to-end execution of integration activations, including configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting across a wide range of hotel technology platforms.</li><li><b>Technical Expertise:</b> Develop a deep understanding of Canary’s integration architecture, supported platforms, and APIs to effectively manage integrations and guide both clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li><b>Client Enablement:</b> Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related onboarding, ensuring clients experience a smooth, timely, and high-quality implementation process.</li><li><b>Stakeholder Collaboration:</b> Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Engineering, Product, and third-party vendors to align on integration requirements, timelines, and deliverables.</li><li><b>Issue Resolution:</b> Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly, escalating complex technical problems as needed while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.</li><li><b>Process Improvement:</b> Identify and implement opportunities to streamline integration workflows, reduce activation time, and improve scalability through documentation and best practices.</li><li><b>Vendor Management:</b> Liaise with external technology vendors (e.g., PMS, key locks, payments) to coordinate integration testing, gather technical documentation, and stay aligned on platform changes.</li><li><b>Internal Enablement:</b> Partner with the Integrations Architect and CS leadership to upskill teammates and support internal training on systems, tools, and standard operating procedures related to integrations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in technical onboarding, integration management, or customer success roles in a SaaS or hospitality tech environment</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing API-based integrations, ideally across PMS or hotel-related platforms</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors</li><li>Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and webhooks preferred</li><li>Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail</li><li>Ability to translate technical issues into simple language for clients and CSMs</li><li>Background in hotel operations or hospitality software implementation is strongly preferred</li></ul><div>We also work hard to ensure Canary is a fun and exciting place to work!
