The Construction Project Coordinator assists the Construction Project Manager to plan and execute national construction projects focused on large scale projects and updates to sites of $100K or more in improvements.What Youll Do:<ul><li>Administers CWI internal ticketing system (Service Desk) and site requests including intake of large to medium sized construction projects</li><li>Administers and analyzes internal ticketing/project reporting documents, and regularly communicates forecasting/budgets, schedules, timing, and status to internal stakeholders.</li><li>Utilizes advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query) to manage, analyze, and visualize project data, budgets, and timelines. Develops automated reporting tools and dashboards to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Supports CPM in soliciting bids, recommending vendors and subcontractors, and managing vendor relationships. Ensures all paperwork is sent, received, and serves as a primary point of contact.</li><li>Supports CPM with coordination of subcontractors and vendors during onsite work ensuring quality standards are met and work is performed according to established timelines. Communicates issues/and or delays to appropriate team members correctly and completely.</li><li>Manages and Tracks invoices and close out documentation and coordinates with internal and external accounting departments to ensure all vendors are paid timely and accurately. Monitors budgeted expenditures and coordinates reporting.</li><li>Supports CPM with permit applications, and compliance documentation</li><li>Maintains and implements documentation controls and procedures, ensures proper approvals, change orders and project status are recorded and maintained.</li><li>Some travel maybe requested on a limited basis but no more the 25%</li><li>Performs other related duties as required </li></ul>What Youll Need to Have for the Role:<ul><li>Analytical: Ability to analyze projects of all sizes and evaluate potential results.</li><li>Teamwork: Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with providers and internal team</li><li>Communication: Must effectively communicate both verbally and in writing using appropriate communication tools and techniques to internal and external users.</li><li>Time-Management and Organizational skills: Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
