The Corporate Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of multiple corporate facilities across various locations. This role demands a highly organized and adaptable individual capable of handling a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The coordinator will be the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, requiring exceptional communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilities Management: Oversee the daily maintenance and management of issues/requests at multiple facilities. Manage facility-related services including mitigation, emergency cleaning, HVAC, electrical systems and any requirements within the site or its structures.
Service Channel Management: Efficiently manage Service Channel for facility-related issues, providing timely responses and resolutions. Prioritize and assign tasks, track progress, and ensure requestor satisfaction.
On-Call Responsibilities: Maintain 24/7 on-call availability to address urgent facility issues and emergencies. Coordinate after-hours responses and ensure minimal business disruption.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors. Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage bids. Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
Travel: Travel up to 20% of the time to visit different locations, conduct inspections, and address facility-related concerns.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, via phone, email and during interdepartmental meetings.
Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties and weekends.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, with a strong emphasis on multi-site operations.
Proficiency in facility management software(s) such as Service Channel.
Prefer experience with building automation systems and energy management.
Certifications in facility management or related fields preferred.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations preferred.
Physical Requirements:
May occasionally need to lift up to 20 lbs.
Requires use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and keyboard.
Frequent periods of sitting, reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending.
Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus due to computer work.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
