In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care that integrates coaching and curriculum for lifestyle support. We’re looking for full-time nurse practitioners who are passionate about improving lives through a holistic approach to weight health. Youll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contribute to an innovative care model, and help patients achieve meaningful, lasting results. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in the lives of patients while working in a supportive environment as a full-time employee at 40 hours per week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Consistently provide a world-class level of clinical care and patient experience</li> <li>Review patient intake and provide the initial patient interaction, including the discussion of the scientific principles of obesity and the prescription of appropriate weight loss therapy based on Calibrate clinical protocols</li> <li>Review and manage daily tasks, member messages, and lab results during shifts; oversee patient progress; engage with coaches to coordinate care for patients; and review progress in regularly scheduled check-ins</li> <li>Utilize and support a detailed clinical treatment paradigm, developed and updated by the Calibrate team and specialized to support obese patients achieve weight-loss goals</li> <li>Able to commit 40h/wk in a telehealth (remote) setting Monday through Friday</li> <li>Follow state regulations for collaboration agreements with supervising physicians as required by each state you’re licensed to practice. </li> </ul> BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE <ul> <li>Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or other relevant specialties).</li> <li>Active, unrestricted license in PA or IL + 3 other states IN, IA, MI, MN, MT, NE, ND, OH, SD, WV, WI, WY</li> <li>Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual “bedside” manner.</li> <li>Experience conducting telehealth visits</li> <li>Prior experience with metabolic health strongly preferred</li> </ul> Ideal Qualities: <ul> <li>A clinical style that will work well with our belief that healthy, long-term, sustainable weight-loss is impossible to achieve without dedicated medical and coaching support</li> <li>Excited to build and deliver a new model for achieving lasting weight health</li> <li>Creative and flexible, but always puts the patient first</li> <li>Excellent at forging successful and respectful relationships with the entire team</li> <li>Participation in the RN Compact is encouraged but not required for this role.</li> </ul> Additional Details: <ul> <li>Well compensated</li> <li>Malpractice coverage provided by employer</li> </ul> Compensation: $130-145k<div>BENEFITS At Calibrate, we’re committed to putting our team members in control of their health.
