You’ll be expected to form strong opinions and execute in a fast but sustainable way, advocating for the simplest solution that achieves the outcomes our customers are looking for.  The Compliance Operations team is a newly formed, hybrid team combining experienced engineers with fresh talent to drive operational excellence across our First Line of Defence (1LOD) Compliance functions. Our mission is to empower Onboarding and Financial Crime teams through innovative technology solutions that streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. We achieve this by developing internal tools and intelligent automation that directly address the day-to-day challenges faced by compliance professionals. As a versatile engineering team, we work across the full technology stack—from building robust full-stack features and modern frontend applications within a micro-frontends architecture, to integrating with and consuming APIs from our core service ecosystem.
