Embrace the reverse golden rule.   We are seeking a full-time Senior Member Advocate to support our clients by taking phone calls regarding retiree benefit enrollment. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.  The Gig:  <ul> <li>Provides outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Retiree inquiries and requests. </li> <li>Assists with enrollment related to Retiree programs </li> <li>Answer inbound calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude and a little charm. </li> <li>Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call details accordingly. </li> <li>Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately. </li> <li>Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution. </li> <li>The ability to jump in and help. This is a “roll up your sleeves” position, and you will need to understand our business, our client’s business, and processes so you can help others effectively do their jobs. </li> <li>Work under general supervision following established procedures. </li> <li>Role will initially require schedule of 9am - 6pm CT  </li> </ul> What You Need to Make the Cut:  <ul> <li>3+ years’ experience with retirement plans and retiree benefits is required and non-negotiable. </li> <li>5+ years’ experience with retirement plans and retiree benefits is ideal. </li> <li>Experience with benefit plan policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to retirees and beneficiaries. </li> <li>Knowledge regarding the processes retired employees experience and the options they have with company benefits (for instance COBRA and Medicare). </li> <li>Strong customer-centric mindset. </li> <li>Comfort level with technology – we are a technology company!  </li> <li>Ability to diagnose and own technology issues. </li> <li>Embracing new technology as it is integrated into the organization. </li> <li>Strong people skills to find success in every opportunity. </li> <li>Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills. </li> <li>Team player mentality, someone who strives for excellence.  </li> </ul> This is a work-from-home role.
