In this role, youll make sure that every interaction with Businessolver is a model of service, with warmth, charm, and efficiency. We want clients to fall in love with our system and Businessolver in general. Thats where you come in. Responsibilities  <ul> <li>Ensure positive client experiences through high quality service and communication</li> <li>Respond to inquiries from clients and internal partners within expected time frames, providing regular updates to the client through resolution</li> <li>Complete risk mitigation reporting including audits, team activity and case manager reporting</li> <li>Manage client deliverables, track progress and complete assigned work through company planning tools</li> <li>Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files</li> <li>Maintain carrier and client SFTP setup and completion of updates as needed</li> <li>Daily review of incoming data files, and carrier discrepancy reporting</li> <li>Execution of client specific process and procedure</li> <li>Function as the primary point of communication for our Carrier partners</li> <li>Working with Carriers on ongoing file updates and requests</li> <li>Communicate updates to Client Services and technical partners as required</li> <li>Identify root cause of any systemic issues</li> </ul>  Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience</li> </ul> Required Skills  <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience focused on employee benefits and/or benefits administration</li> <li>Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, convert to CSV, concatenation &amp; pivot tables)</li> <li>Tech savvy – must have a comfort level with learning, utilizing &amp; communicating technology</li> <li>Ideal candidates will possess a background utilizing benefit administration systems or other Human Capital Management platforms (HCM)</li> <li>Experience with carrier files (or EDI in general) is also ideal</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to partner with other Businessolver functional areas to deliver a seamless experience for the customer</li> <li>High comfort level interacting with external clients and resolving conflicts</li> <li>Natural ability to build and maintain relationships as well as being a natural collaborator and team player</li> <li>Keen attention to detail - you must pay crazy attention and have a relentless focus on QUALITY!!!</li> <li>Ability to maintain grace under pressure – especially during the busy season</li> </ul> Pay range and compensation package  This is an hourly role and the pay range for this position is $16.50 to $25.85 per hour* (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).  *Up to roughly $53,000 per year based on 2,080 hours worked in a calendar year.   #LI-DNI<div>Other Compensation:  If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/  Dear Applicant.
