This role is critical to enhancing the quality and consistency of our work through rigorous review programs and operational controls. You’ll be a key player in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and elevating our service delivery. The Gig: <ul> <li>Lead and manage quality assurance initiatives across Business Operations.</li> <li>Design, test, and refine frameworks for quality review and control programs.</li> <li>Conduct complex recurring quality audits and controls.</li> <li>Gather and analyze functional and data requirements to support quality initiatives.</li> <li>Facilitate discovery sessions and document findings with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Identify and document data types, regulatory requirements, and conversion needs.</li> <li>Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.</li> <li>Partner with IT and Product Development on system enhancements design and testing related to quality programs.</li> <li>Identify gaps and escalate deficiencies in quality programs and propose updates and strategies for mitigation.</li> <li>Drive process standardization and re-engineering efforts.</li> <li>Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned work, from intake to resolution.</li> <li>Support data analysis and research efforts across departments related to quality and control initiatives.</li> <li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards</li> </ul> What you need to make the cut: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).</li> <li>2+ years of operations experience in benefits administration operations, HRIS, payroll, or insurance.</li> <li>Proven expertise in internal audit methodologies and operational control design.</li> <li>Strong background in process review and risk identification.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, nested functions, advanced functions).</li> <li>Experience with efficiency tools (VBA, SQL, programming, or databases preferred).</li> <li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.</li> <li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li> <li>Project management experience is a plus.</li> </ul> The pay range for this position is 45K to 71K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).  This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.   <div>Other Compensation:  If this position is full-time or part-time benefit eligible, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package which can be viewed here: https://businessolver.foleon.com/bsc/job-board-businessolver-virtual-benefits-guide/  Dear Applicant.
