This portfolio includes a cloud native client services platform in AWS, geographically diverse data center hosted solutions, and SaaS based back office services.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>This role requires a strategic focus on cloud native services in alignment with our overall company goals to deliver high quality products and services to our clients.  Our product offering requires the highest levels of quality, security, and reliability across a global network with around the clock support.</span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>Specific areas of responsibility include the following: cloud/data center infrastructure and application operations, management of internal service delivery teams, providing a robust infrastructure to support product development, managing network services, database administration, DevOps, and supporting all areas of the business in a highly collaborative manner. </span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>As a thought leader in the organization, you will recommend advanced technology solutions to further our objectives, develop and mentor a team of technology professionals, and manage vendor relationships and outsource partners. </span></div><div><span> </span></div><div><span>In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing an SRE strategy as the organization transitions from a traditional Operations model to a mixed SRE-Operations model. You will drive better visibility into KPIs working in partnership with the product teams, and proactively mitigate risks to application performance.
