You will work with a team of highly experienced engineers and architects to continuously improve and evolve our infrastructure to ensure Bungie remains at the pinnacle as an entertainment company.  Successful candidates must be a seasoned &amp; experienced professional, have a drive for excellence, solid work ethic, strong ability to mentor others, be able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways, possess solid project management skills, be highly organized and have the communication skills to work with and influence technical and non-technical people alike.   RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Linux &amp; Windows fleet management and design, supporting customer-facing datacenter infrastructure and compute </li> <li>Research, selection, planning, and implementation of new technologies to support scaling of solutions to meet business needs </li> <li>Wholistic infrastructure lifecycle management for studio and production facing environments </li> <li>Critical build and development system design and support </li> <li>Collaborate with InfoSec teams to ensure infrastructure and designs align with security requirements </li> <li>Administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments and configure and manage virtual networking components </li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, and work with support on escalations </li> <li>Assist with ongoing training for our IT Support team and cross training for LiveOps team members </li> <li>Develop tools and scripts to assist with routine maintenance tasks </li> <li>Support for all related products and triage any issues that come up </li> <li>Create and update technical documentation, including network diagrams, policies, and procedures </li> <li>Provide after-hours escalation assistance as the highest escalation point for sub-discipline related issues </li> </ul> REQUIRED SKILLS <ul> <li>Ability to design and engineer environments at scale, including redundancy planning, network connectivity design, performance troubleshooting  </li> <li>Compute and networking at scale, experience with design, management, security best practices, automation and tooling, performance tuning, and hardware troubleshooting </li> <li>Experience in datacenter fleet management and live production best practices </li> <li>Experience working in live high availability customer facing production environments </li> <li>Managing, participating, and collaborating in complex projects with multiple team members, stakeholders, and department or team leads. </li> <li>Understanding of virtualized environments in VMware </li> <li>Working knowledge of core Internet protocols and services required </li> <li>Ability to work independently to solve challenging problems and provide recommendations in a timely manner </li> </ul> NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS <ul> <li>Technical proficiency in most of these areas and products: network troubleshooting, OSPF, IPSEC, BGP, VRRP, VXLan, iSCSI, RAID </li> <li>Experience with AWS administration and configuration protocols and services (Organizations, IAM, SSO, AWS Networking, EC2) </li> <li>Working knowledge and experience with configuration\automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Salt, etc) </li> <li>Experience in designing and engineering storage environments at scale </li> <li>Experience with Active Directory and related protocols (e.g. Kerberos, LDAP, NTP, Samba, etc.)</li> </ul><div><div><div>Listed below is this roles base pay range.
