<p>Bungie is seeking a Contract Producer to play a critical role in the development of Destiny 2. This Producer will work as a part of the Destiny team to drive the development of future content, ensuring we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be organized and self-motivated. If youre a producer with a passion for internal game development and excited by the opportunity to orchestrate complex projects with big impact, this might be the role for you!</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help drive production of future releases for Destiny 2, ensuring that we ship great player experiences on time and within budget.</li> <li>Maintain a well understood pipeline and schedule for product area.</li> <li>Drive regular learnings and evaluation of in-development content to measure and ensure player experience.</li> <li>Help drive milestone goals and schedules for one of the content teams, in conjunction with the wider Production Team and the game development timeline.</li> <li>Facilitate communication and collaboration, and manage dependencies across multiple disciplines, teams, and stakeholders.</li> <li>Help iterate on production processes to continuously improve our velocity, collaboration, and visibility.</li> <li>Work within a dedicated production team and use independent judgment when necessary.</li> <li>Ensure studio compliance with company policies and procedures.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Product acumen in the development of multiplayer shooters, especially live service games.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to partner with creative and technical leaders and staff.</li> <li>Results oriented, focused, and composed under pressure.</li> <li>Ability to self-motivate and motivate others.</li> <li>Experience with complex, multi-disciplinary content pipelines.</li> <li>Hard project management skills, and data-oriented approaches to development plans.</li> <li>Great facility with Jira, Excel, Confluence, and other app suites.</li> </ul> <p><strong>NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in the development of AAA live service games.</li> <li>Deep understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.</li> <li>Passion for live service, first person shooters.</li> </ul><div><div><div>Listed below is this roles base pay range within the greater Seattle area.
