For the right person, the opportunity is limitless.</li> </ul> In this Role, You Will: As an Enterprise Account Executive for Owners, Developers, GC (OGC), you will articulate our value proposition to executives in the large commercial real estate developers, investors, and general contractors. The ideal addition to the team is a sales professional who can hit the ground running, is capable of working independently, and is excited by the thought of fundamentally transforming the business of construction. <ul> <li>Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned market segment</li> <li>Understand the prospect’s business through excellent discovery and qualification</li> <li>Deliver the Built value proposition in a clear and compelling manner to C-suite executives and decision-makers who may have limited software experience</li> <li>Qualify prospects and build business cases (e.g. ROI and workflow illustrations) for adoption</li> <li>Progress opportunities through various types and sizes of companies involved in construction (commercial developers, investors, contractors) to close software agreements</li> <li>Coordinate with executive management and other internal teams (client services, product, marketing, SE’s) to ensure a great client experience and to continuously improve processes and products</li> <li>Rapidly learn the market, the decision-makers, our products, and the value propositions, successfully meeting or exceeding agreed-upon quotas</li> </ul> Skills, Experience &amp; Educations You’ll Need: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree</li> <li>4+ years of experience running the full sales cycle of a software solution using a consultative approach</li> <li>Enterprise software sales experience, especially in slow-to-adopt or complex verticals</li> <li>Understanding of and/or experience with finance or construction industries is a plus</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back-office operations</li> <li>Proven record of exceeding revenue targets</li> <li>Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills</li> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li> <li>Unquestionable integrity, work ethic, and sense of ownership</li> <li>Comfortable working in a high-growth environment</li> <li>Willingness to travel up to 60%</li> </ul>   Built’s base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year plus variable comp. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Builts total compensation package for employees.
