A Vice President (VP) of Sales is a self motivated, tenured sales executive with experience selling direct to employers, via channel partnerships, and working with the health plan and broker/consulting community. The VP of Sales will be self-motivated, have an extensive network, and first and foremost be passionate about building relationships that ultimately lead to revenue generating deals. Success will be measured by new customer acquisition, as well as existing customer up-sell. With that in mind, we are looking for sellers who are able to demonstrate the following responsibilities below. Responsibilities ● A passionate, enthusiastic and successful person who wants to be part of a fast-growing, innovative company. ● A key player on bswift’s field sales team to drive net new business sales and growth of existing business ● A team player who will collaboratively work with all departments within the Growth team and Evive to ensure we sell the right solution. ● Drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal process of solution consultants, business case, proposal management and sales support. ● Implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Evive’s products and portfolio. ● Use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers, channel partners, and the broker/consulting community. ● Cultivate a strong industry network of employers, channel partners/health plans and brokers/consultants that you will nurture and expand. ● If you have a stellar sales track record capitalizing on strategic accounts and channel partner sales, are a self-starter, and love working in a dynamic environment, then bswift is the place for you. Knowledge, Education, and Experience ● Experience selling directly to employers, via channel partnerships (ex. Health plans) and through the broker/consulting community. ● B.A or equivalent years of experience required. ● Understand the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position the differing benefits of Evive across different verticals (employer vs. channel). ● Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners/health plans and brokers/consultants. ● Demonstrated a successful sales track record and industry network. ● Prior sales experience of selling disruptive solutions in the healthcare and benefits space. ● Experience as a leader in a team selling environment. ● Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.     Why Join bswift? Specific benefit offerings vary by position and may be subject to change.   Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.      In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $150,000-$170,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.  If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future &amp; continued salary growth.
